Thank-You Pop-Up

After a buyer places an order from the product page, a pop-up confirms the order went through. The Thank You Pop Up app lets you change its heading, text, and button label. The app is available from the Starter plan up.

Edit the pop-up​

  1. Open Apps from the sidebar.
  2. On the Thank You Pop Up card, click Open App.
  3. On the Thank You Pop Up Settings page, edit:
    • Main Message: the large heading. Default: "تم تسجيل طلبك بنجاح!" (Your order was placed successfully!).
    • Sub Message: the line under the heading. Default: "شكراً لك! سنتواصل معك قريباً لتأكيد الطلب" (Thank you! We'll contact you soon to confirm your order).
    • Button Text: the main button's label. Default: "زيارة المتجر" (Visit Store).
  4. Check the Live Preview, which shows the pop-up as it looks on a phone.
  5. Click Save Pop Up Settings. The message Settings saved successfully! appears.

If you keep a text at its default, the store shows it in your storefront's language. If you write your own text, it shows exactly as you wrote it.

Saving needs permission to manage store settings.

The pop-up button​

The pop-up's main button opens your store's home page.

The page also shows a Redirect After Click list with Same Product, Store Home, and Other Product. Your choice is saved, but the storefront pop-up button currently always opens the home page, whatever you pick.

The pop-up appears after an order from a product page in your store. Landing pages have their own thank-you pop-up, edited inside the landing page builder; see Landing pages.
