Thank-You Pop-Up

As soon as a customer places an order in your store, a small confirmation pop-up lets them know the order went through. Zimam lets you fully customize this pop-up — its text, its button, and where the button sends the customer — turning it from a generic confirmation message into a chance to build customer loyalty.

Where to find it​

From your dashboard, open the Apps section and select the Thank You Pop Up app. It's available from the Starter plan and up; it isn't included in the free, pay-per-order (PAYG/Free) plan.

Customizing the pop-up's content​

On the pop-up settings page, you can edit:

  • Main Message — the large headline at the top of the pop-up (default: "تم تسجيل طلبك بنجاح!", i.e. "Your order was placed successfully!").
  • Sub Message — the explanatory line below the headline (default: "شكراً لك! سنتواصل معك قريباً لتأكيد الطلب", i.e. "Thank you! We'll contact you shortly to confirm your order").
  • Button Text — the label on the pop-up's main button (default: "زيارة المتجر", i.e. "Visit Store").

As you type, a Live Preview on the other side of the page shows the pop-up on a phone-shaped mockup, exactly as the customer will see it.

Redirect after click​

Use the Redirect After Click dropdown to choose where the customer lands after tapping the pop-up's button:

  • Same Product — sends the customer back to the page of the product they just bought.
  • Store Home — sends them to your store's home page (the default).
  • Other Product — reveals a Select Product field where you pick a specific product from your store's catalog to redirect to instead, useful for cross-selling other items.

When you pick "Other Product", your product list is fetched live from your store and may take a moment to appear. If it fails to load, a clear error message is shown instead of a silently empty list.

Saving​

Once you're done, click Save Pop Up Settings at the bottom of the page. A confirmation message appears once the save succeeds, and the changes go live on your storefront immediately.
