Products & stock
Products & Stock lists the products of all your linked stores in one table, with how much stock each has and how long it will last. Open it from Operations. To bring a store in first, see Link your stores.
Turn on stock tracking
At the top, Stock tracking shows one switch per linked store, marked On or Off. When it is on for a store, an order that is delivered takes its units out of stock, and an order that comes back puts them in again. Switching it applies from that moment on and does not rewrite earlier history. Only an owner or a manager can change it.
Find and add products
- Type part of a name in Search by product name…, or pick a store in All stores.
- To create a product, click Add product, choose the Store, fill in Name and Price (Description and SKU are optional) and click Create. The product appears in the table once it has synced.
The table shows Image, Product, Price, Stock, Status, Runway, Packaging fee and Purchase cost. Each page holds 20 products; use Previous and Next to move between pages.
- Status reads Out of stock when stock is zero or less, Low stock when a low stock threshold is set and stock is at or below it, and In stock otherwise.
- Runway is the number of days the stock will last, such as ~12 days, at the pace of units delivered over the last 14 days. It shows — when nothing was delivered in that window.
- Packaging fee and Purchase cost show ••• unless you have the Sees costs permission. See Invite your team.
To change a product's costs, click Edit settings, update Packaging fee, Default purchase cost or Low stock threshold, and click Save. Viewers cannot change settings.
Low stock alerts
Alerts warns you before a product runs out. It fires when stock reaches zero, when the runway drops below the number of days set under Low stock: warn when runway is under (days) (7 by default), or when orders that are confirmed, shipped or marked as a problem but not yet delivered would leave stock at or below the low stock threshold. The last case needs a threshold above zero.
Stock movements
Open the Stock movements tab to see every change to stock. Filter by Type (Purchase, Manual, Order delivered, Order returned) and by From and To dates, and click Export CSV to download the filtered list. The columns are Date, Product, Type, Change, Supplier, Unit price and Notes. Unit price needs Sees costs.
A product's page
Click View on a row to open the product. Use Back to products to return.
- Overview: Price, Status (Active or Inactive), Stock on hand and Runway, plus the same Settings form.
- Stock: Stock by variant with Quantity and Status for each variant, the product's own Stock movements, and Adjust stock. To correct a count, choose the Variant (or No variant), enter Quantity change (+/-), write the reason in Notes (required) and click Save adjustment.
- Purchases: the purchases that include this product, with Date, Total and Debt.
- Profitability: for the period you choose, Delivered, Revenue, COGS, Delivery fee collected and Profit. Below them, Cost receipt lists the Purchase lines and Delivery lines behind the cost; View purchase opens the purchase. You need Sees costs, otherwise the tab says you do not have access. If the product had no delivered or returned orders in the period, it says so.
- Campaigns: for the period you choose, Ads and ROAS, then the table Ad campaigns with one row per ad: Campaign, Ad set, Ad, Total spend, Results (website purchases), Cost per purchase, Cost per result (order created) and Cost per result (order delivered). The two per-order costs divide the ad's spend by all of the product's created or delivered orders, shown above the table as Product created orders and Product delivered orders, because orders are attributed per campaign and not per ad. This tab also needs Sees costs.
Record ad spend by hand
If you advertise outside the connected ad account, use Record spend at the bottom of Campaigns.
- Click Add manual campaign, enter the Campaign name, choose the Currency and click Create campaign.
- On the campaign, set From, To and Amount, then click Record spend. The amount is spread evenly over every day in the range. If you leave To empty, only the From day is used.
- To stop using a campaign, click Archive. The spend you already recorded stays on past periods.
If the currency has no exchange rate yet, the page asks you to add one before it records spend. Only an owner or a manager can create, record or archive. Manual campaigns carry a Manual badge, and the spend you record flows into Profitability.
