Data Health
Open Data Health when Zimam Manager's numbers look old or incomplete. The page shows the status of every linked store and whether its events reach Zimam Manager.
The two ingestion cards
- Unconsumed intake events: how many events arrived from your stores and have not been processed yet.
- Last event received: when the latest event arrived from any store. It shows Never if nothing has arrived yet.
The stores table
Each linked store has a row with these columns:
- Store: its name.
- Status: Active or Suspended.
- Backfilled: when the store's history was loaded at link time.
- Last reconciled: the last time Zimam Manager compared its data with the store's actual orders. This comparison runs about once an hour.
- Access checked: the last time it confirmed you still have access to the store.
- Drift count: how many differences the comparison found between the store's orders and what Zimam Manager shows.
- Actions: a Revalidate button, for suspended stores only.
A date column shows Never when it has not happened yet. With no linked store, the page reads No stores linked yet. See Link your stores.
Reactivate a suspended store
A link becomes Suspended when the access check to the store fails three times in a row, for example after your access to it was removed. While it is suspended, the store's numbers stop updating.
- Restore your access to the store in Zimam if it was removed.
- On the store's row, click Revalidate.
If the check confirms your access, the status returns to Active and Zimam Manager reloads the store's history to fill the gap. If access is not confirmed, the status stays Suspended.
Missing exchange rates
When an exchange rate is missing, a Missing exchange rates box appears. It lists the currencies missing for expenses and the currencies missing for ad spend. Click Add exchange rate to open the exchange rates section of Expenses. Figures in those currencies stay unconverted until you add the rate.
