Analytics
Open Analytics from the menu. It has four tabs: Orders, Delivery, Wilayas and Products. Each tab shows the figures of all your linked stores together, and all tabs share the same tools at the top of the page.
Shared tools
- Pick a single store from the list, or leave All stores to see the total.
- Pick the period: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month or Last month. The default is Last 30 days.
- To choose two dates yourself, click Custom range, enter From and To, then click Apply. The start date must be on or before the end date.
- Click Export CSV to download the table of the current tab. The file holds the store and period you selected.
- Days are counted in UTC, one hour behind Algeria's clock. An order placed just after midnight may count toward the previous day.
- If a yellow notice about missing exchange rates appears, some amounts cannot be converted to your main currency and show dots (•••) instead. Add the missing rate from the notice itself if your role lets you manage money, otherwise ask the workspace owner.
- If you see Couldn't load this report. Please retry., change the period or reload the page. If the period has no orders, you see No data for this period.
Orders
The page starts with four cards: Total orders, Total sales, Delivery rate and Avg. daily orders. Under each card, vs previous period compares with a period of the same length right before yours, and an arrow beside it shows the rise or fall.
- Total sales excludes delivery fees. Drafts and suspected fakes are not counted in total orders.
- Delivery rate = delivered orders ÷ (delivered + returned). It counts only orders whose journey has ended, so orders still on the way are left out. A dash (-) means there are not enough settled orders yet to compute it. The change against the previous period shows only when both periods have settled orders.
- Orders over time: one bar per day, with one color for the Current period and another for the Previous period.
- Order status distribution: a donut and a list showing all ten statuses, from New to Suspected fake, with each count and share.
- Order funnel: four stages, Orders, then Confirmed, then Shipped, then Delivered. The percentage beside a stage is the share of the previous stage that reached it, and the first stage is 100%. A dash appears when the previous stage is empty.
- Key insights: short alerts that appear when something deserves your attention, such as orders moving by 5% or more, 40% or more of orders waiting, a steep drop between two stages, a delivery rate below 50%, new orders not called for over 2 hours, or wilayas with no confirmed order. If nothing shows, you read Nothing needs your attention right now.
- Orders by wilaya: a map of Algeria colored by order count, with Wilaya breakdown below it, whose columns are Orders, Confirmed, Delivered and Return rate. Orders with no wilaya appear on neither. The map is drawn only when all your orders are in Algeria, otherwise the table stands alone.
- Sales over time and Delivered and returned: two daily charts.
Delivery
Shows Carrier performance: one row per carrier, with the columns Orders, In transit, Delivered, Returned, Delivery rate and Return rate. Both rates are computed on settled orders only (delivered and returned), so they always add up to 100%. A dash appears when that carrier has no settled orders yet.
Wilayas
Shows Wilaya performance: one row per wilaya, with the columns Wilaya, Orders, Confirmed, In transit, Delivered, Returned, Delivery rate and Return rate. Use it to see where your orders succeed and where they come back.
Products
Shows Top products: one row per product, with the columns Product, Orders, Qty ordered, Qty delivered, Delivered, Returned and Revenue (delivered). Revenue (delivered) is the revenue of delivered orders only, converted to your main currency.
Sorting tables
In the Delivery, Wilayas and Products tabs, and in the wilaya table inside Orders, click the header of any numeric column to sort the rows from highest to lowest. Click it again to reverse the order.
