Alerts
Zimam Manager watches your stores and opens an alert when something deserves your attention. Open Alerts to see them all. The 10 newest open alerts also appear at the top of the Dashboard.
Alert types
- Low stock: a product is out of stock, has only a few days of stock left, or has confirmed units awaiting delivery that warn it is about to run out. The View product link opens it. See Products & Stock.
- Supplier debt: a debt that has stayed unpaid for some time. The View supplier link opens it. See Suppliers.
- Delivery rate drop: a store's delivery rate over the last 7 days fell below its last-30-days rate by more than the threshold you set. A store only qualifies once it has enough settled orders. The View store analytics link opens it.
- ROAS drop: return on ad spend fell below your minimum. The View profitability link opens it. See Profitability.
- Meta sync failed: your ad account could not be synced. The View in Integrations link opens it. See Integrations.
Work through alerts
- Open Alerts. It starts on the Open tab.
- To filter by type, pick one from the list, or leave All kinds.
- On an open alert, click Dismiss if you do not want to follow it, or Resolve once you have dealt with the problem.
The alert moves to the Dismissed or Resolved tab. An alert also closes by itself when its cause goes away, for example when a supplier debt is paid. With no alerts, the list reads No alerts here.
Alert settings
Under the list, Alert settings holds:
- Low stock: warn when runway is under (days).
- Supplier debt: remind after (days).
- Delivery rate drop threshold (%).
- Minimum ROAS.
- Send push notifications: notifies the devices of eligible team members the moment a new alert opens.
Change the values and click Save settings. Only owners and managers can change the settings; everyone else sees them read-only.
