New rule conditions. In Agent Auto Assign, open Advanced conditions on any rule to set regions, days, a time window (in your store's time), and the order source: your store, landing pages, or sales channels. A rule applies when all of its conditions match. Products are now optional.
Ways to pick the agent. Choose Least busy, Take turns, or Weighted. With weights, an agent with weight 2 gets twice the orders of an agent with weight 1.
Daily limit per agent. Set the most orders a rule gives one agent in a day. Turn on Only these agents if you want the order to stay unassigned, rather than go to another agent, when everyone has reached the limit or nobody is available. Otherwise it goes to the least busy agent in the store.
An Auto-assignment panel on every order. It shows who received the order, which rule applied, why the other rules did not, which agents were considered, and why an order stayed unassigned. Your existing rules work as before. Details in Agent Auto-Assign.
